New and Improved!

For quick reference, I have added the polls on the side. These are books that were on our chart that was hanging in the office. Feel free to add more titles, but this way it will be easy to see in a quick glance what we all thought of something. The voting is set to close next year, so everyone should get a chance to vote. :)
